The law on the protection of women and girls in sport is expected to obtain a vote in the US Senate on Monday. The bill would establish a stronger federal precedent to keep the trans athletes outside of female and girls sports while several states challenge the recent decree of President Donald Trump to resolve the issue.
But despite a republican majority in the Senate, the bill will always need the support of seven democrats in order to beat the filibusier and reach the office of the president. In the House of Representatives, all the Democrats except two voted against the bill.
For female athletes across the country that have been affected by trans inclusion, they hope that more democratic senators will detach themselves from the general position of the party.
Former volleyball player at San Jose State University, Brooke Slusser, who was at the center of a national controversy largely suppressed in the fall after continuing his school, his conference and the NCAA citing her experience with a trans teammate, asks these Democrats to consider the well-being of their daughters and other young female athletes across the country.

“Do they have children? Would they never want their daughter to have a crazy man for their faces when they are children? Maybe even without knowing it, and then they can never practice sport again,” said Slusser to PK Press Club Digital of his message to these Democrats. “How can you think of this and still want to fight for something that could potentially hurt and put an end to the career of a young athlete? And overall, that it is simply not fair. I feel like I can go even longer. I don’t see how they could support it.”
Slusser’s lawsuits allege that she was forced to share changing and sleeping spaces with her Trans Blaire Fleming teammate during their first season together in 2023. After months of denunciation against trans inclusion and attracting the attention of the national media, Slusser recently made the decision to leave his SJSU position after having faced threats and harassment presumed.
However, she does not regret anything because of her activism helping to inspire legislative changes, including potentially the law on the protection of women and girls in sport.
Meanwhile, colleagues athlete athlete Payton McNabb and Selina Soule went to the White House on Thursday to meet the American prosecutor Pam Bondie and several other prosecutors of state across the country to share their stories and put pressure for the national ban of trans athletes in the sports of girls and women.
Soule is a former athletic athletics athletics and quadruple national qualifier who was forced to leave a regional championship due to two trans athletes who have female places and who have lost the possibility of withdrawing attention from university scouts and potential scholarships because of these snobs. It was a consecutive turning point in his life that placed it on the path of activism; She first started to denounce the inclusion trans into local media in 2018.
Democratic voters abandon the Party after AOC, Jeffries says that the anti-trans-tranity athlete bill responsible for sexual predators

Selina Soule is a former athletic athletics athletics and quadruple national qualifier who was forced to leave a regional championship due to the trans athletes who take women’s places.
“I would say to all these senators who are not sure of this bill to think about your daughters, to think of your nieces and granddaughters. Would you like them to be forced in a situation where they must compete with someone who is physically superior to them? Asked Soule.
“If you say no to all of this, vote for this bill to protect women and girls.”
McNabb, a former volleyball player who received a peak at the head of a transgender player at the age of 17 who caused brain trauma and neck injury, wants to remind the Democrats that most Americans, including the majority of their own voters, oppose the inclusion trans into the sports of girls and women, according to various data.
“The time is now to vote and defend the women and these fundamental rights they deserve, because the majority of America agrees with this, and many democrats also agree with this, but I do not understand why they will not vote on it, they try to push this program so strong,” said McNabb. “Think of your daughters, think of every woman in your life, because it affects them and their vote, and they have to vote for them.”

Payton McNabb was seriously injured after being struck in the head and neck by a peak of a transgender identification man from the opposing volleyball team.
McNabb and Soule hope that their conversations with the state -of -the -art prosecutors will ultimately result in conversations between these general prosecutors and the Democratic senators in their states, and will obtain the sufficient bill to go to the Trump office.
The eminent republican leader Sen. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., Expects the bill to obtain bipartite support, she previously told PK Press Club Digital in an exclusive interview.
“I would expect it to be, I hope there would be,” she said.
“Many of my friends who are Democrats will tell you that they think that the title IX is one thing and having biological men in competition against women is inappropriate, and they want opportunities for their daughters or their nieces or granddaughters, and it is frustrating for them when they hear about or witness a transgender man playing in a female or female league.”
A recent New York Times / Ipsos survey Found that the vast majority of Americans, including the majority of Democrats, do not think that transgender athletes should be allowed to compete in female sports.
Of the 2,128 people who participated, 79% said that biological men who identify themselves as women should not be allowed to participate in female sports. Of the 1,025 people who have identified as a democrats or who lean a democrat, 67% said that transgender athletes should not be allowed to compete with women.
