Several female athletes, parents and state education officials have spoken out against the CIF and Governor Gavin Newsom for the policies that have enabled Trans to compete in the sports of girls, arousing several controversies in the state in the last year.

The director of the California family council and the awareness of Sophia Lorey also applied for a petition at the event, which has at least 20,074 Californian signatures urging CIF and Newsom to modify the eligibility policies of state sexes.

Taylor Starling and Kaitlyn Slavin, who filed a complaint against the unified school district of Kaitlyn Slavin, who filed a complaint against the unified school district of Riverside.

“It’s not fair, we tell girls like me to sit down, smile and be silent, and give up what we have worked so hard for, and now we are excluded from our own teams,” Starling said.

Slavin spoke to support his starling teammate.

“An example of this domino negative effect is that Taylor’s mental health is now affected, which has led his family to be assigned,” said Slavin. “With Taylor being one of my best friends, I am now upset but also confused as to how this is even authorized. Now, my family is assigned, trying to be there for me, but also to have to intensify and make their share to make a change.”

California filed a complaint against the Ministry of Justice earlier this month After the officials demanded that the public secondary schools of the State confirm that they will prevent transgender athletes from participating in the sports of girls.

The State declared in its trial that the Ministry of Justice had “no right to make such a request” and had cited “no authority which would allow them to issue or apply the letter of certification” to each local education agency.

California defended the laws that are questioned, which allow athletes to participate in sports “in accordance with” their gender identity and does not violate the equal protection clause of the fourteenth amendment.

The DoJ initially announced an investigation into the CIF for its state policies at the end of May, leading to the female athletic championship which featured the athlete Trans and Hernandez in competition in several events in the female category.

The announcement by the Doj of this investigation quoted Starling and the Slavin trial.
