The power of the studio
Google recently published a new version of its Gemini 2.0 AI model that can generate its own images. It seems a little confusing when you realize that we were all able to go to Gemini.google.com or pull the Gemini application and ask him to create an IA image for more than a year now.
However, what the mobile application and the versions based on Gemini’s browser is doing is calling Imagen 3, the Google AI Image generator, to generate the image for them. Imagen 3 will not delete the images of the images if requested.
Recently, Google allowed Gemini 2.0 Flash to create and modify the images itself. You cannot access Google 2.0 Flash Image Generation Power from the regular Gemini interface, you should rather access it via Google Studio Studio, a developer -focused interface to interact with its latest AI models.
Be careful
AI Studio is free to access and simply requires a normal Google account for recording. To test it, I downloaded a watermark image and I was able to easily eliminate the watermark.
The results were not perfect – the image has become slightly degraded and it added its own Gemini Star logo in the lower left corner, but which is particularly concerning the new abolition capacity of the gemini 2.0 flash waterproof is the way it does it.
