Developer Hotta Studio has finally announced the release date for the highly anticipated free-to-play, open-world animated role-playing game (RPG). From never to eternity.
Revealed in a post on the game’s official X account, it will officially release on April 29, 2026 on PlayStation 5, PC, Android and iOS. Given the lack of an Xbox version, the title will be a PS5 console exclusive at launch.
All versions of From never to eternity will support cross-platform progression, which is good news if, like me, you enjoy the ability to dive back into your favorite games on the go via your phone.
The game is currently in pre-registration, with a number of milestone rewards available depending on the number of players who register across the world via Google Play or the App Store.
Over 25 million people have already done so, unlocking a few basic goodies, but an additional 5 million pre-registrations will give all players at launch access to the valuable Class A character, Haniel.
From never to eternity was announced in July 2024, billed as an “open-world supernatural urban RPG.” Developer Hotta Studio highlighted its use of Unreal Engine 5 and cutting-edge graphics technology like ray tracing.
Like the highly anticipated Grand Theft Auto 6it features an open-world city, multiple playable characters, and plenty of driving opportunities with deep vehicle customization. Other features include a deluge of mini-games, including fishing, delivery challenges, and more.
