New York Yankees star, Jazz Chisholm Jr., took heat on social networks on Saturday during a basic error against her former team, the Miami Marlins.
Chisholm was at the first base at the top of the second round with Paul Goldschmidt in the stick. The Yankees striker appeared with the second Marlin player, Xavier Edwards. Chisholm was too far from the first goal and got caught up.

Edwards then launched the ball at first for the double end of the round game.
Chisholm was criticized by Yankees advertisers during broadcasting as well as fans on social networks for the brain’s pet. Yankees manager Aaron Boone has also received backlash on social networks.
“What did Chisholm think?” Michael Kay, Yankees game man, asked.

The color commentator Paul O’Neill was left in shock, saying: “What’s going on?”
Boone and the coach of the first Travis Chapman base also had an animated conversation in the canoe.
Chishlom later said that he would haven’t changed anything, adding that he was trying to be aggressive on the basic paths by forcing Edwards to make a mistake.
“I was just trying to be aggressive, already playing with the two infielders in the middle,” he said via athletics. “I saw something that I thought they were going to do. He stopped him as if he was going to do it. He didn’t do it. Always trying to be aggressive because I played here before. I know how the terrain plays. Sometimes you become aggressive and you are caught up and you get out.”
Boone said he hadn’t thought of removing Chisholm from the game.

New York lost the match, 2-0. The Yankees gathered only two strokes of Miami. Chisholm was 0 for 2 with a walk and a removal with the stick.
