“Failure is essential,” he said. “If I can promise you something with certainty, you will fail. The bigger the dream, the greater the risk. But what is the price if you do not take the risk – if you do not engage in the dream? You could find yourself surpass, or maybe you will not do it.”
When throwing decided to become a pro, it was not a smooth navigation in the minor leagues.

The fight of throwing through adversity has worked in the long term.
