‘Youm-e-Takbeer’ praised the golden chapter in history

The chief minister of Punjab, Maryam Nawaz Sharif, prolonged sincere congratulations to the people of the country and the Ummah on the occasion of Youm-E-Takbeer, calling him a day of unwavering pride, power and national resolution.

In a message, she said: “Youm-e-Takbeer is not only a date on the calendar, it is a powerful reminder of the historic decision of Pakistan to become a nuclear power, a decision which continues to inspire pride and confidence in the nation.”

She said that 27 years had passed, but the inhabitants of Pakistan continue to keep a head high and they will continue to do so. “It is the day when the leaders of Pakistan, under the direction of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, chose national interest and public aspiration on global pressure.”

The CM said: “Pakistan’s nuclear capacity is not only a strategic asset for the country, but a symbol of strength and pride for everyone Muslim.” By the grace of all-powerful Allah, Pakistan has won the historical distinction of becoming the first Muslim nuclear power, “she said.

The CM pointed out that “the enemy no longer dares to take a bad look at our earth, due to the daring and visionary decision taken on May 28, 1998.

CM Maryam Nawaz welcomed Nawaz Sharif management, saying that the nation remains liable for its courageous and historic decision.

The president of the Punjab assembly, Malik Muhammad Ahmad Khan, also made warm congratulations to the people of Pakistan and the Ummah Muslim on the occasion of Youm-E-Takbeer, describing him as a golden chapter of the history of the country’s defense.

In a statement, President Khan said: “Youm-e-Takbeer is not simply a date on the calendar-it is a day that reaffirms our unshakable commitment to national sovereignty, pride and defense.”

Recalling the events of May 28, 1998, Khan said that the successful nuclear tests carried out that day had sent a decisive message to the opponents of Pakistan.
