An administration portfolio for the 2 -ZKSYNC layer blockchain was compromised Tuesday with the pirate who takes off with 5 million dollars of ZK tokens.
The stolen funds were the “remaining non -claimed tokens of the ZKSYNC air card”, wrote Zksync on Twitter, before saying that “the necessary security measures are taken”.
The protocol ZK token has dropped almost 14% in the past 24 hours. The volume increased by 96% to $ 71 million during the same period.
Zksync said the attack was an isolated incident and that it is confined to the token air contract.
