Samuel Howe, Director of Operation of Zodia Custodie, left the company based in London for a post in traditional finance (tradfi), said the company.
Howe has been used as a coo for 3 months according to his LinkedIn profile. Before that, he was chief of operations at the Cryptography Guardian.
“Sam has left the company to return to traditional finance, it shows the oscillation of roles and skills between Crypto and Tradfi,” CEO Julian Sawyer said in an email. “It is replaced by Sam Hill who has worked with us for the last 18 months.”
Howe did not respond to a comment request in publication time.
Before joining Zodia, Howe was at the head of cryptography operations at Hedge Fund GSA Capital and was previously employed as capital market operations at Asset Manager Coinshares (CS).
He worked for the bank giant HSBC and Kleinwort Hambros before joining the cryptography industry.
Howe co -founded a private crypto designer fund in 2020 that he advised on a continuous basis.
Zodia’s guard is supported by Standard Charterd Bank (Stan), SBI Group, Northern Trust and National Australia Bank (NAB).
