Dua Lipa talked about the controversial white wedding guest dress.
In a recent video interview with Harper bazaarThe 29 -year -old singer addressed the buzz surrounding the outfit she wore at the wedding in 2022 of Simon Porte Jacquemus and Marco Maestri, People magazine reported.
“This outfit has somehow agitated,” started Lipa.
“The dress code was white,” she said and continued to clean the air saying: “According to all the photos, you can see that everyone is wearing white, so I don’t know why I had so much stick for that.”
“I also think because I was also a little naked for that,” added the Levitation Hitmaker.
For celebration, Lipa wore a transparent white dress with a mermaid skirt, cap sleeves and 3D flower accents, combining it with a black handbag and white flower earrings.
The Grammy winner revealed that the designer himself had asked for that she opts for this dress.
“It is therefore at her request that I was wearing this dress at her wedding,” she recalls.
She concluded the subject saying: “I really loved it. I felt so good. It was simply incredible. I feel like I am talking about this marriage to date. ”
