Kraken buys capitalized.ai

Crypto Exchange Kraken acquired capitalization assets and technology. Ai, a startup based in Israel which built a natural platform without code to automate trading strategies in several asset classes, the company said in a press release on Wednesday.

Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, a STIFEL company, acted as a financial advisor to capitalize. The financial details of the acquisition have not been disclosed.

Founded in 2015, Capitalized.ai has developed a system that allows users to transform the daily text into executable negotiation strategies.

Company technology supports real -time and historical data analyzing actions, crypto, FX, future and options. Its tools were used by a range of brokers and traditional finance exchanges.

Kraken said he would start deploying capitalization features. AI on his Kraken Pro platform later this year. This decision is designed to reduce technical obstacles to advanced trading, giving users the possibility of design, backtest and automate strategies without writing code.

“This acquisition gives Kraken Pro customers a powerful new way of acting on real -time ideas – test, optimize and execute tailor -made strategies with unprecedented speed and confidence,” said Shannon Kurtas, Chief of exchange in Kraken, in the press release.

The co-founders Amir Shiovich and Shahar Rabin, as well as the key engineering staff, will join the professional professional unit of Kraken as part of the agreement.
