The Recruit quarter of Tennessee titans, Cam Ward, sparked a physical altercation with the defensive veteran platform Jeffery Simmons which led the team to break them.
But the first global choice of the NFL 2025 draft told journalists that it was what he needed the team needed.
“Jeff is strong as if-” said Ward, via ESPN. “It was fun, and I think that was what we needed. We are in competition, just with me and Jeff, and I am delighted to have this man as a teammate.”

The incident occurred after Ward launched a touch to the Large Calvin Ridley recipient, and while he was going to celebrate, he stopped in front of Simmons to tease him with his celebration of the brand “Zombieland” – something that Simmons is known after making great defensive games.
Simmons did not like it at all, pushing Ward in the facial mask with both hands.

This sparked the titans offensive line to rush quickly to protect their quarter-back, including the left platform Dan Moore Jr.
“Absolutely not,” said Moore when he was asked if someone was allowed to touch the quarter-Arrière, by ESPN. “It goes without saying.”
But this waste fall between Ward and Simmons is something that has been spread since they have mounted on the same land together.
“I’m here, and he’s damn close to the first, I’m ready to talk about s —“, Ward said. “He is the first who comes to my head every day to training.”

Titans’ head coach Brian Callahan, who made the team run after the training skirmish, admitted that it was bad to touch a quarter as Simmons. However, he does not seem to care about the jokes between his teammates.
“If the quarter-back is willing to scrum like that, then it’s also about him,” said Callahan.
Simmons added: “It is a training camp, and temperatures evolve. I respect the hell of our attack to have the quarter file.
Ward will live much more than Simmons Trash-Talking during its first year in the NFL, and maybe the triple of Pro Bowl Trois tries to prepare it for these situations during the regular season.
