King Charles cried for flooding losses

Islamabad:

The King of the United Kingdom Charles expressed his biggest condolences to the inhabitants of Pakistan following the devastating floods of monsoon and a tragic helicopter accident during rescue operations.

The king said: “My wife and I were desperately saddened to learn the tragic losses of life and general devastation … Our thoughts and deepest sympathies are with all those who have lost dear beings, houses and means of subsistence.”

Stressing the strong ties between the two nations, the king added: “We are particularly aware of the lasting ties between our nations and the many families of the United Kingdom with close ties with Pakistan.”
