On Wednesday, the High Court of Islamabad (IHC) eliminated a disqualification request from the MNA Ramesh Lal after the case has become ineffective.
Judge Muhammad Azam Khan heard Maharaj Ramesh Kumar’s petition.
The LAL lawyer asked the court to have the petition, declaring that after filing the advocacy, elections also took place and that the petition has become ineffective.
The court had the request on the request of the lawyer.
A citizen had deposited a petition for LAL’s disqualification in the minority seat to hide assets.
