Lahore:
An anti-terrorism court (ATC) of Lahore sent the nephew of Prime Minister Imran Khan on Thursday, Sher Sher Khan, in 14-day pre-trial detention, refusing the request for extension of the EIO in pre-trial detention.
During the hearing, Io Muhammad Ashraf Javed asked for an extension of 30 days to five -day physical dismissal granted earlier on August 23. The IO argued that the additional time was necessary to recover Shah’s mobile phone and a mask that would have been used at the time of the incident – Shah was stopped in connection with the riots of May 9 – and to obtain details on its social accounts.
