- A PlayStation 6 pocket computer would be on the way
- The information comes from a reliable equipment leakage
- The pocket computer would be like the Nintendo Switch 2 and compatible with a quay
A reliable equipment leak says Sony is working on a portable version of the PlayStation 6, and it looks a lot like a Nintendo Switch 2.
This information comes from the YouTube channel “ Moore’s Law is Dead ”, which previously detailed the PlayStation equipment before its official revelation.
The pocket computer would be fueled by an AMD system on an “canis” cocopied cocopied code. The leak says that Canis will include four Zen 6C nuclei and two nuclei with low power Zen 6 for the tasks of the execution system.
This will be apparently associated with a 16x RDNA 5 GPU.
Interestingly, the leak says that the pocket computer will be compatible with a quay – one of my favorite features of the Nintendo Switch 2. In computer mode, its GPU will operate at 1.2 GHz, which is then increased to 1.65 GHz when moored, to probably support a higher output resolution.
They also speculate on the potential price, arguing that it will be around $ 500 to compete with switch 2.
Given the high cost of other Sony materials, I think that this price prediction could be a little eccentric, but we will just have to wait and see.
In related news, the company recently revealed a list of expensive ghosts of Yōtei PS5 equipment and announced that it would increase the price of the $ 50 console in the United States.
