Despite a ugly end, Robert Kraft wants his former head coach to be engraved in the immortality of the Patriots of New England.
Bill Belichick trained the patriots for 24 seasons, winning six Super Bowls during his reign that started after having sadly resigned from his “HC du Nyj”.
The organization honored Tom Brady of a statue earlier this year, despite its tumultuous end with the franchise. However, Brady and Kraft seem to have a solid relationship since Brady’s retirement. Brady and Belichick, not so much.

The dynamics of Belichick-Kraft also do not seem to be all the butterflies and the rainbow, but Kraft knows how much Belichick meant for the organization, and wants a statue of Belichick “right next to” Brady’s.
“When this large era ended, it was always my intention to order a statue for Tommy and Bill when their respective careers were finished, playing and training. When Bill’s coach career ends, we look forward to sitting with him and doing a statue to be right next to Tommy,” said Kraft News.

Belichick, Brady and Kraft all attended the enthronement ceremony of the Brady Patriots renown last year.
Belichick and the Pats separated after the 2023 season, which marked the third consecutive year that England missed the playoffs. Jerod Mayo replaced him in 2024, but he was released for Mike Vrabel after a single season.
The 73-year-old has since joined the University of North Carolina, but his debut of Tar Heels were to be forgotten, while TCU defeated them, 48-14. It was the greatest number of points never abandoned by a team trained by Belichick.
