- Roborock F25 Ultra is a damp drying vacuum with steam and hot water modes
- It can be remote -controlled via a companion application
- It has been tested on sensitive wood parquets and has been proven to cause minimum wear and tear
Roborock may well have established a new standard in wet and dried cleaning: the newly revealed F25 offers steam and hot water cleaning modes, to fight against resistant and fatty spills with a minimum of elbow.
This is one of the many new exciting products that I have seen from Roborock to IFA 2025 (alongside, exciting, the brand’s first lawn mowers). We assess the Roobrock F25 ACE as one of the best wet and dry cleaners, but this new model has even more things in its sleeve.
In VAPORFLOW mode, the cleaner explodes the 150C / 302F steam of six sockets. I saw it in action, attacking the fatty ketchup on a tiled floor. The spill was eliminated in a single pass, without a maculinage – really impressive.
Steam cleaning is ideal for most types of hard floor, but is not always ideal on wooden floors. However, in the tests, Roborock found that there was minimal wear and damage to wooden floors, even after in -depth use. This cleaner also uses steam in its autonomy function, to ensure that the mop pads are as clean as possible after use.
Completing this is the waveflow mode, which offers a continuous flow of 86C / 187F hot water which, according to the brand, is ideal for fighting fat and “slime” (EW), and during tests, has reached a 100% elimination rate for cooking oil.
There is an impressive 22,000 aspiration, and the cleaner offers 33N of pressure down to eliminate rooted dirt. Each wheel has an independent control; The cleaner knows if you advance, corners back or round, and feeds the relevant wheels to make it as effortless as possible.
Like its predecessors, it can remain completely flat on the ground, but here, due to the electric assistance function, you can also burst your F25 on the ground under a wardrobe and ask it to clean up and back (via the application), and it will do all this alone.
I obtained a kind of demo (the exposed model was not connected to the application, but I managed to behave anyway) and I do not know how useful it will be in practice, but it is certainly unique.
The Roborock F25 Ultra will first be sold in the United States and the EU, with a list price of $ 799 / € 799 (around £ 600 / $ 1,425 in).
