Islamabad:
On Friday, the IHC published pre-admission opinions to PMDCs as well as to the Ministries of Health and Law on a petition contesting advertising for the appointment of the PMDC registrar.
During the hearing before the Court of Justice, Mohsin Akhtar Kayani heard the request against the announcement published on August 28 for the appointment of the PMDC registrar. Lawyer Adnan Kazmi appeared before the court on behalf of the petitioner.
It has been indicated that the PMDC 2023 employee service set up the maximum age limit for the registrar at 50, as well as at least 15 years of relevant experience.
