Los Angeles loaders are winners in Brazil to start the 2025 NFL season, when they eliminated Kansas City Chiefs, 27-21 on Friday evening.
The chiefs had won the previous seven games against their AFC West rival, but Justin Herbert and the chargeers finished with this sequence when they played almost impeccable football in São Paulo, Brazil.
The chiefs lost a key player in attack only three games in the match, while Xavier Worthy collided with Travis Kelce and suffered a shoulder injury that knocked out the rest of the match. Worthy thought it was a higher target for Mahomes, head coach Andy Reid noting that he had a good game plan for the second year receiver in this match.

Without him, the chiefs flouted in attack to start the match, but Herbert and the charges were locked up.
They took a hot start with a trip of a touch of seven games crowned by a strike of five yards from Herbert to Quentin Johnston to quickly reach 7-0 in the fourth quarter. Cameron Dicker would add his first goal on the season to do so 10-0, while the chiefs scored his first three records.

It was all the goals on the field in the second quarter for the two teams, but the most exciting was Harrison Butker hitting a basket of 59 yards at the time when the time was expired. It was a fire exercise for the chiefs, because Noah Gray was not tried out of the limits, and the unit of the special teams must rush on the field and break the ball with nine seconds to play in the first half.
It was an unusual first half for the Kansas City offensive, but they quickly relay the ship with their first trip from the second half. Mahomes paved the way, going 80 yards in 11 games where he would rush into the goal area for the first touch of the chiefs of the season.
But Herbert and Les Charters would respond, organizing a 12-game disc which took almost eight minutes of clock where he found his old friend Keenan Allen, who resigned with Los Angeles this offseason, for the touch to reach 20-12.

The fourth quarter was the most exciting of this Brazilian fight, while Travis Kelce fell free for a tower of 37 yards for his first score of the year. This made it 20-18, because the chiefs failed to convert their test into two points.
The whole momentum was with Kansas City, but again, the charges responded against their divisional enemy. Herbert ran right on the 23 yards of Kansas City and launched a peak pass to Johnston for his second touch of the match.
The gap 27-18 was necessary halfway in the fourth quarter, while Mahomes would launch a pass of 49 yards on the Marquise race “Hollywood” Brown in fourth and 7 years to put the chiefs in the red zone. They had to settle for a basket, but they were in a touchdown and needed a defense stop.
But the story of this game was Herbert doing exactly what was necessary to answer the chefs, and he did it on a third and 14, rushing in front of his pocket and doing 19 meters to seal the victory in Brazil.
Herbert was phenomenal for loads, because he went 25 for 34 for 318 yards and three affected in victory. Johnston finished with 79 yards on five catches, while Ladd McConkey managed six catches for 74 yards. Allen also had seven captures for 68 yards and a score.

For chiefs, Mahomes went 24 for 39 in the air for 258 yards and a touchdown, while leading the team on the ground with 57 yards on the edge of six races. Brown succeeded in 10 catches for 99 yards, while Kelce had only two catches for 47 yards and a touchdown.
