Rare eclipse “Blood Moon” to dazzle Pakistan on Sunday

The sky observers in Pakistan are ready for a remarkable celestial spectacle this weekend as a rare lunar eclipse, commonly called “Blood Moon”, will be visible across the country between September 7 and 8, allows.

According to the PMD, the brightness of the moon will start to fade at 8:28 p.m. on September 7, with the partial eclipse from 9:27 p.m. and the total eclipse starting at 10:31 p.m.

The event will peak at 11:12 p.m., before the total phase ends at 11:53 p.m. The partial eclipse will end at 12:57 p.m. on September 8, while the whole event will end at 1:55 am, the PMD said in a press release.
