Daniel Jones seems to like to play for the Indianapolis colts because he led them to an eruption victory over the Miami dolphins, 33-8, to open the 2025 NFL season.
Jones completed 22 of the 29 passes for 272 yards with a touchdown to Michael Pittman Jr. He also had two quarter-arres sneaking in the goals area for his first precipitated scores as a quarter-back starting from the team.
Before this season, Jones and Anthony Richardson were in competition for the starting role, and head coach Shane Steichen finally appointed Jones the starter of week 1. Steichen also showed Jones by not giving him a short leash.

Jones showed why Sunday, taking advantage of the defense of the colts to force an interception and an escape from Tua Tagovailoa and the offensive of the Dolphins.
The two reversals led to affects for Indianapolis. Jones launched a strike at Pittman at 27 meters to make 10-0, then scored his first hit in the third and a goal at the start of the second quarter to break the match.

Tagovailoa found a pouring for a swing pass of 11 yards to mark the first touch of the team of the season. However, it was too late to set up a return.
Jones spread the ball, Pittman paving the way with six catches for 80 meters. The tight end of the Ty Warren recruit was also effective, totaling seven receptions for 76 yards during its beginnings in the NFL.
Jonathan Taylor was his effective self, totaling 71 yards on the ground and 27 reception yards to increase the colt offensive.

On the other side, Tagovailoa went 14 out of 23 for 114 yards with a touch and two interceptions while being dismissed three times. Tyreek Hill had four sizes for 40 yards to carry out the dolphins.
