President Donald Trump was spotted to sign autographs for the US Open fans before leaving New York to return to Washington, DC on Sunday evening.
Trump was at Stade Arthur Ashe in Queens to watch Carlos Alcaraz defeat Jannik Sinner in four sets. Photos have shown that fans were presented to security agents around Trump and asked if the president would sign their hats. Trump spent a few minutes to sign the items.

It arose less than an hour before the start of the match. He entered the balcony of the Rolex business suite in which he was located and signaled to the crowd. Tennis fans applauded the president and Trump blocked, “thank you”.
The president praised the national anthem played in the stadium. He received a mixture of cheers and huts from the crowd while the cameras turned to him. He would have received hoots again in the middle of the match.
This is Trump’s first visit to the Grand Slam tennis tournament since before he went to the White House. He was seen at the event in September 2015 – months after announcing his race for the presidency the first time.

Trump’s most fierce criticism concedes spotlight to the president at US Open
Alcaraz beat the sinner 6-2, 3-6, 6-1, 6-4.
Trump was seen applaud Alcaraz after finishing the match.
Alcaraz won his first US Open title in 2022 against Casper Ruud. This year, Alcaraz won the French Open earlier this year and lost in the Wimbledon final. He finished in the quarter -finals of Australian Open.

The 22 -year -old has six Grand Chelem titles on his CV, the Australian Open being the only major tournament he has not won.
