Sindh’s main minister Sharjeel Inam Memon said on Monday that the flood situation in Guddu, Sukkur and Kotri dam was under control while the dams of Panjnad and Trimmu attend the most critical flood situation, Express News reported.
Sharing the official data, the main minister said that Panjnad had recorded an influx and a flow of 524,762 Cuses and that Trimmu recorded 531,993 CUSCS. At the GUDDU dam, the entrance was 425,813 brackets and output to 416,763 brackets. The Sukkur dam reported 352,010 Afflux Cusecs and 329 310 Cuses of Cuses, while the Kotri dam recorded 235,243 Cusecases and 231,763 CUSCS.
In a statement, the minister said that the rescue teams were actively working 24 hours a day in the affected regions, relocating people in safer places.

Memon said the government closely monitored water levels to quickly respond to any urgency. He praised the rescue 1122 for his professionalism to help thousands of affected families.
Rescue 1122, between August 31 and September 7, carried out operations in several districts, moving 380 security people. The most important activity occurred in Sukkur, where 69 people were saved from villages, including Imam Bakhsh Jatoi, Bashirabad and Haji Fakir Muhammad Jatoi.
In Shaheed Benazirabad, 147 people were moved to safer places, as well as 30 cattle, 40 solar panels and wheat bags. In Naushahro Feroze, 147 other people were rescued for six days, their household items guaranteed. In Khairpur Mirs, five people were evacuated from the village of Gul Hassan.
Memon assured that with the support of the local administration and the provincial government, any possible assistance will continue for the victims of the floods.
