- Grand Theft Auto 6 will apparently present websites of websites and mobile applications like Uber and Whatsapp
- Rockstar Games Insider Tez2 shared several domain names recorded by Take-Two Interactive in May
- Some areas include What-Up.App, which could be WhatsApp, and Rydeme.app could be Uber or Lyft
A new leak suggests Grand Theft Auto 6 will include real websites of real websites and mobile applications like Uber and Whatsapp.
According to Rockstar Games Insider Tez2 on the GTA forums, several domain names have been recorded by Take-Two Interactive which will be used in the next Gta Game (via Gamesradar).
“I came across certain areas all recorded on May 27 under the servers of Take-Two names which seem to be linked to VI,” said Tez2. “These areas could be sites at stake that R * can redirect to the VI page later, like what we have seen with IV and V. or some could be completely unrelated.”
Domains are exactly what you expect to find in a Gta Game. They are named: What-up.app, Rydeme.app, Buckme.app, Leonidagov.org, Brianandbradley.com, hookers-galore.com, Wipeoutcornskin.com, myboyhasacreepycornndog.com.
What-up.app, which has already been known from previous leaks, is probably a parody of WhatsApp, Rydeme.app could be Uber or Lyft, and Buckme.app could be Patreon and only combined fans, suggested a commentator.
None of these websites can be accessible at the moment, but according to a Whois historical research, as spotted by PC Gamer, they could have been linked to servers of names like NS03.vandalay-industries.net and DNS2.P05.NSONE.NET, which are also linked to existing sites like Rockstar.
It also seems that domain names have been moved to new name servers after the fans have spotted them and are now linked to the names of a software company called Mark Monitor.
The previous GTA Games also presented parody websites, so it would not be unusual for the leak of having a certain validity.
GTA 6 should be released on May 26, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S. The game will not have arrived on PC at launch.
