Hoda Kotb returned to the Today Show, but as a guest!
On Tuesday, the former co-year old stopped on the show to find her friends and colleagues, including Jenna Bush Hager, who now hosts the show.
During her appearance on the show, Kotb made a surprising confession, admitting that she is not looking today with Jenna & Friends.
She said, “It’s just a different life. But it’s funny how much you can get started with something new.”
“I mean, I miss you like crazy. I miss everyone. Being here hurt my heart,” added Kotb.
However, Hager said: “Well, you can always come back!”
When asked what she thinks of the show now, Kotb said, “You really look, it’s really good.”
To what, Hager jokingly responded: “Thank you. You pretend that you looked.”
“I don’t do it, I don’t do it. But I hear it’s incredible! ” Kotb admitted laughing, adding: “But you do it so well. It was fun to watch.”
On the other hand, Hoda Kotb, who left the NBC program in January, also shared an update on her daughters.
She said, “They love school, we have our new puppy.”
“So, our life started this rhythm where I go girls to school, then I head to my office. I have an office in my city. And I am just a little built something. Building a business is difficult. I did not know everything that was so fun, stimulating,” added Kotb.
