FBR asked the conduct of private sector aid

Islamabad:

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif ordered Tuesday at the Federal Board of Return (FBR) to use his own workforce and hire the private sector to identify individuals and ousted companies.

Chairing a meeting on FBR reforms, the Prime Minister ordered the organization to ensure a friendly environment and to extend all possible installations to taxpayers.

Calling on regular taxpayers The backbone of the national economy, he asked the FBR to quickly finish the directory of taxpayers of income and sales tax to honor taxpayers.

Honoring taxpayers and the escalations of reprimanded taxes will help extend the tax net, said the Prime Minister, leading the hiring of professional services to identify tax escapes and recover income. He also called to launch an public awareness campaign on government measures against tax evasion.

The Prime Minister also asked the FBR to select the best international auditors for third party exams of error and the customs authorization, also highlighting continuous third-party journals to identify system defects and improve it more.

During the briefing, the Prime Minister was informed of the measures taken to identify tax escapes, to complete the directory of taxpayers and measures taken through super auditors to increase income.

The meeting was informed that the work on the directory of taxpayers, intended to honor the income and taxpayers of sales, progressed quickly, while a scientific audit system had been developed for third party exams of error and underinvestment in customs clearance in customs

It has also been said that super auditors had been appointed to deeply examine customs clearance and risk management system to use its production in order to improve the risk management system.

The meeting was followed by the federal ministers Azam Nazeer Tarar, Ahad Khan Cheema, Attaullah Tarar, Dr Musadik Masood Malik, Muhammad Aurangzeb, Alis Pervez Malik and senior officials of the institutions concerned.
