Microsoft addresses the failure of perspectives across North America


  • Outlook was down for North America users – and perhaps other regions too
  • Connection, server connections and mail sending / reception have all been assigned
  • The problem was assigned to the use of the “unexpected” processor

A system failure affecting Outlook users across North America, which has now been resolved, has led users to not be able to access emails and calendars via an Exchange online connection method.

The problem, followed like ex1151485 in the administration center, was covered on the Microsoft 365 Status X page in a series of messages.
