Microsoft teams will now judge if this mysterious link you have received is malicious or just another invitation

  • The URL-scanning tool for Microsoft teams is now available in the public preview
  • Usually available from November, it will be activated by default
  • Shipowners and receivers will receive warning messages

Microsoft now deploys URL monitoring between teams to help eliminate malware on the platform, automatically alerting users when private or group messages contain questionable links.

Society says it covers things like spam, phishing or malware, and that it should be officially with us by November.
