More than 100 dead while punjab is reduced to devastating floods

At least 101 people died in Punjab due to general floods, officials said, because more than 4,700 villages and around 4.57 million residents were affected in the province.

Rescue commissioner Nabeel Javed of the provincial Punjab Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) said on Saturday that around 2.51 million people had been transferred to safer areas.
