- A 6.89 -inch screen size is provided for the Galaxy S26 Ultra
- This roughly corresponds to the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra
- We could get something unexpected in terms of this display
Leaks and rumors around the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra are starting to accumulate, and a fresh leak may have revealed the size of the next lighthouse screen – all in your “surprises” that could be in store.
The well -known witness @universeice said that the Galaxy S26 Ultra will sport a 6.89 -inch screen, which is almost identical to the 6.9 -inch screen listed in the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra specifications.
No change there then, but the same source indicates that the screen will bring “surprises” with it, and will use some of the “Samsung display technologies” – there can therefore be other screen updates, even if the size remains the same.
Surprise!
The Galaxy S26 Ultra screen will have surprises, and some of Samsung’s basic display technologies will be used in this product.September 12, 2025
It is difficult to predict what surprises could be – if they were predictable, they would not be very surprising – but we have already heard that the Galaxy S26 Ultra could have a confidentiality functionality fueled by AI which makes more difficult for others to see your display.
We did not hear much else about the display of the Galaxy S26 Ultra, but it was a question that it will have a more common design overall, with some of the most angular edges and corners for the 2026 model.
Some disclosed rendering has also appeared online, showing the standard model – which should be renamed Pro. The signs are that the pro and ultra will be joined by one side, with the model more left next time.
If Samsung sticks to its usual schedule, we will see these three premium phones arriving at a time in January. Before that, we expect the first foldable phone from Samsung to start before the end of the month.
