The water levels in the Industry river climbed at dangerous levels on Sunday while heavy flows of punjab reached the Sindh, causing a high flood at the Guddu dam.
The influx was 612,269 brackets and outings 582 942 CUSECS. People in low areas have been warned to move to safer places.
Large areas of agricultural land have been flooded, damaging thousands of acres of crops, and river villages near Kandhkot were reported underwater.
The emergency intervention teams of the Pakistani navy, equipped with aerogle meteers, rescue boats and divers, carry out rescue operations in Kashmore, Ghotki, Sukkur and Shikarpur.

Information Sindh Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon said that the Indus river remained in a high flood at the Guddu dam and medium floods at the Sukkur dam, the provincial authorities continuing rescue and rescue operations.
Memon told an entry and outings of 402,919 Cusecases in Panjnad, 612 269 and 582,942 Cusecs in Guddu, 488,820 and 438,390 Cusecs in Sukkur, and 274.129 and 261.399 Cusecs at the Kotri dam.
In the past 24 hours, 5,269 people have been moved safely, bringing the total relocated to 163,364. 252 other residents of the river regions were transferred to rescue camps, where 469 people are currently hosted.
The provincial government has set up 177 fixed and mobile health sites, dealing with 6,596 patients in the last day and 84,118 in total.

The relocation of cattle also continued, 11,569 animals moved in 24 hours, which increases the total to 438,835. Veterinary teams treated or vaccinated 51,308 animals in the last day, for a total of 1,232,223.
Memon said the close surveillance of all the dams and medical and rescue support 24 hours a day will continue.
