Ed Sheeran could never play in space because he has “children”.
During a recent appearance on BBC Radio 2The 34 -year -old singer revealed that he had already been offered a concert in space.
“I was offered to go in space some time ago, you know?” He told the host Scott Mills.
However, Sheeran refused it because he admitted it “terrifying” it.
He continued by saying that to obtain the title of “first concert in space”, he is not likely to risk his role as father.
“Mate, I don’t do it, I have children,” said Sheeran, noting: “I will not risk that for a world record Guinness something or otherwise.”
“I’m not going to risk my children for not having a father,” he said.

“I want to go to space when it is like flying in France and 40,000 people have done so, and you can simply book it online,” he said. “I don’t want to be a guinea pig for that, because it’s always dangerous.”
“There are places on this planet where I have not been, I have never been to Greenland, I would like to go to Greenland, there are places on this planet that I prefer far from going to space,” he added.
