The Arizona Cardinals quarterrier, Kyler Murray, addressed one of his recent controversial publications on social networks.
In an Instagram post since deleted, Murray has been shown standing next to his dog – a pit bull – while wearing a Michael Vick jersey.
Atlanta Falcons selected Vick N ° 1 in total at the NFL 2001 draft, but his career was interrupted when he was sentenced to federal prison in 2007 for his role in a dog fighting ring.

During his latest media availability, Murray sought to relieve any cruelty towards animals, his photo could have raised.
“In any case, a form or a form does not tolerate cruelty towards animals or dog fighting or anything,” said Murray. “For me personally, you saw me all wearing the Michael Vick jersey, a player whom I admired a lot by growing up. … My dogs, trunks and Swoosh, they are both treated like kings.”

Murray added that he had taken note of the answer that his photo obtained, which prompted him to remove the post. “In any case, the form or the form not tolerating this. I saw how it affected people and I decided to remove it,” he said.

The image jersey now deleted seemed to be a replica of return from Vick’s university career to Virginia Tech. The Murray dog sat near his feet along a luxury creator bag.
The NFL reintegrated Vick after the end of its prison mandate. He returned to the field and played seven more seasons with the Eagles of Philadelphia, the New York Jets and the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Vick turned to broadcast after his retirement from the NFL. He then moved into training and was appointed head coach to Norfolk State in December 2024.
Norfolk State will enter his match against Sacred Heart on September 20 with a 1-2 file.
