Boerse Stuttgart Digital, the cryptographic branch of the Stuttgart Stuttgart Stuttgart group, entered the Spanish market with a new office in Madrid, the company announced on Tuesday. This decision extends its European imprint to eight hubs, including Frankfurt, Zurich and Milan.
The company, which, earlier this year, received the first art asset license across Europe from the German regulator of Bafin, provides trading and Crypto guard solutions designed for banks, brokers and asset managers.
Its modular platform allows institutions to integrate cryptocurrency services into their retail offers while remaining in accordance with the new European Union markets in Crypto-Astets (Micar) frame.
Spain’s appetite for digital assets is increasing. Market studies suggest that more than half of the population could adopt cryptocurrencies by 2025, presenting an opening to financial companies seeking to meet customer demand. Boerse Stuttgart Digital said that she was already in discussion with the big Spanish banks on the range of access to regulated cryptography.
“Spain with its very efficient innovative banks is a main market for us,” said Dr. Matthias Voelkel, CEO of the Boerse Stuttgart group. “We are already involved in advanced collaboration discussions with key players.”
