- Two photos apparently showing the OnePlus 15 emerged
- They show a redesigned camera block very different from the OnePlus 13
- They also show the phone in two colors – white and pink
The rumor says that the OnePlus 15 could have a new design, and now the details of this design are almost confirmed, because photos apparently showing the phone have emerged.
First of all, a Weibo account for the Peace Elite League (PEL) Esports League (via Phone Arena) shared an image of players while watching a OnePlus phone, with the legend asking viewers to guess what they are looking at.
Although the phone is not mentioned by its name, it does not seem to be an existing OnePlus handset, so it is probably the OnePlus 15.
It seems that it is probably an official taase of the telephone in collaboration with PEL, but with that, @oneplusclub also shared another photo of the aircraft on X. It is not clear where this second image comes from, and whether it is an intentional teasing or a leak, but it seems to be the same phone.
A more conventional design
We are therefore quite convinced that it is the OnePlus 15 that we look at, but if it is the case, because it exchanged the distinctive case of circular cameras of the OnePlus 13 – which our OnePlus 13 exam describes as “a magnificent telephone” – for a much more conventional square camera block.
In this block, the lenses are arranged in a slightly unusual way, with two housed together in a black oblong, only one, and which is probably a flash surrounded by a black circle.
But although a little unusual, it is not necessarily attractive, and it is not even completely unique, because it reminds us a little of the Pixel 10 Pro Fold – not to mention the OnePlus 13T, which also has a similar design.
In any case, apart from the design of the camera, there is not much to see here. We can only see the back of the phone and it has a fairly simple finish otherwise, shown here in white and pink.
But we should hope to have a more complete overview of the OnePlus 15 soon, because it is likely to launch in October – although perhaps only in China, with a global launch to follow.
