A new teaser image for Man of tomorrow whipped DC fans in a frenzy about the potential identity of his main bad guy.
Holding on social networks yesterday (September 22), the co-chief of the DC studios James Gunn shared a new photo of the second project finished for its Superman following. And, it is the first page of the said scenario that is convinced of fans of DC comic strips that the identity of the film’s big bad is hidden at the sight.
Potentially large spoilers immediately follow to Man of tomorrow. Now go back if you avoid them.
The script, which you can see in the Instagram post above, does not really reveal who will be the main antagonist of the film DC Universe (DCU). However, the anatomical image which adorns its first page, which shows a vertical edge of a person’s head with their exposed brain, influenced the fans believing that the big bad Bad Bad de Dcu Chapter One is the brain.
Indeed, threads on various Reddit pages, such as R / DCU_Leaks and R / DC_CINEMATIC, the forums resetera and the social media applications are flooded with user comments affirming that this must be a teasing based on Brainiac.
Of course, it could simply be Gunn, who knows very well that fans will read everything and everything in the smallest tease, could drag us all. The sections of the ducu fans base also think that this is the case, some suggesting that the image is a reference to Lex Luthor. Man of tomorrow We expect to be as much a character study in the archnemis of Superman as of the emblematic Kryptonian. Thus, the anatomical image of the script could imply that we will learn more about the inner functioning of Luthor and what makes him vibrate in Gunn Superman following.
If Gunn teases the beginnings of DCU de Brainiac, however, it is not the first time that he has been hinted Man of tomorrowThe main villain.
Addressing Howard Stern earlier in September, Gunn confirmed a great theory of fans on Man of tomorrowThe intrigue – This being, Superman and Luthor to work together to defeat a common enemy. There are other cosmic threats to DC Comics on which the history of this film could be based. However, Brainiac certainly corresponds to the bill as a person so dangerous that he would force Clark Kent / Kal-El and Luthor to form a difficult alliance to defend planet Earth.
