Oklahoma State dismissed Mike Gundy in the middle of its 21st season with the team.
Oklahoma state fans have let their dissatisfaction be heard while the team lost against Tulsa at home for the first time in 74 years. Friday, Tulsa beat the Oklahoma State 19-12 at the Boone Pickens Stadium, which prompted Cowboys fans to call the dismissal of Gundy.
Tulsa took an advance from 16-3 at halftime and the fans chanted “Fire Gundy” before the end of the first half. The songs continued with four minutes to play in the fourth quarter, Tulsa leading 19-12, and the noisy crowd was heard during the ESPN broadcast.

Oklahoma State beat UT Martin 27-7 in its first game, but was demolished by Oregon n ° 6 last week, 69-3.
