Oranjebtc will become the largest Bitcoin cash flow company listed in Brazil with a B3 list

The Latin American company focused on Bitcoin, Oranjebtc, is expected to send public to Bresine B3 in early October with more than $ 400 million in the BTC reserves, making it the largest Bitcoin cash in Brazil in Brazil.

The move, confirmed by the local newspaper of the Brazil Journal and during the DAC 2025 conference of Mercadoin Mercadoin, will see it become public via an inverted merger with intergraus, a supplier of preparation courses already listed on the exchange. Once the transaction is completed, Oranje will assume the public intergraus list with a free float of around 85%.

Oranje holds 3,650 bitcoin, about six times more than the Brazilian fintech Méliuz, the only other Bitcoin Bitcoin of the country’s Bitcoin Bitcoin. The sum would classify Oranje among the 25 best business bitcoins holders in the world, and the company aims to extend this reserve aggressively, according to local media.

The company’s support is high-level crypto investors, notably Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss, the Bitcoin Adam Back, the Falconx commercial platform and the Mexican billionaire Ricardo Salinas Pliego. Institutional actors such as the capital of the chain and the capital Parafi also participated in the initial tower, added the report.

In addition to his treasure game, Oranje plans to launch a Bitcoin and Crypto financial education platform, using the existing intergraus infrastructure.
