- Hostinger launched web2age to make websites compatible with AI agents
- The tool allows structured and machine -readable content without modifying the site design
- Web2agent is free, optional and respects confidentiality standards like robots.txt and llms.txt
Hostinger, one of the best platforms of website manufacturers, is preparing for a world in which the Internet is mainly designed for AI agents. To this end, it has just introduced a new tool called Web2agent which aims to make your website ready to set up a button.
For those who do not know the term, an AI agent is software that can perceive its environment, make decisions and take measures to achieve specific objectives. Think – Virtual assistants, recommendation engines or autonomous robots.
Hostinger, also well known as one of the best web hosting platforms, has recognized a future where websites are more seen by AI agents, collecting information for humans, than by humans themselves. Therefore, websites must adapt, which allows these AI agents to more easily collect and understand the information they need.
“Your next visitor may not be human – it could be an AI agent. These agents do not care about the design or the provision. They need structured data and readable by machine that they can navigate, understand and act. If your site cannot provide this, you will be left behind,” said Tomas Rasymas, head of the AI to Hostinger ,,
Presentation of web2agent
Hostinger wants to help facilitate this change via a service called web2agent, describes as a “one -click service that makes our websites ready for AI”. The tool manufactures websites entirely compatible with AI that can be discovered, understood and accessible by AI tools. Any update of the website, such as new items or structural modifications, is automatically followed and synchronized, and as everything happens in the background, the design remains intact.
Web2agent could also keep confidentiality in mind, respecting industry standards such as Robots.txt and LLMS.TXT, keeping owners of websites in full order. Participation is apparently fully optional and the tool can be deactivated at any time without any impact on the visible content of the site.
The tool is free for Hostinger customers using WordPress and the Hostinger website builder.
WordPress users can oppose, sailing to their WP administration panel and visiting Hostinger – tools. There, they should locate the LLM optimization section and activate the web2agent function. Builder users can oppose by changing their site, selecting “more” in the side panel, selecting “general parameters” and finally activating Web2agent.

Although AI agents are unlikely to be the main source of traffic to your website at the moment, there is a clear trend that shows that it could be more common in the years to come.
According to Hostinger, in August of this year, Chatgpt.com attracted 5.8 billion visits, the IA previews of Google now reach 1.5 billion monthly users, and the largest robots of IA are ramping 85% of websites each day.
These AI tools already have an impact on the number of people visit your site, some studies suggest that click rates can drop up to 50% when AI responses appear on the page.
But websites are far from obsolete. People still need the information your website has, they are just starting to access it in a different way.
This new hostinger tool allows owners of sites to easily make their sites user -friendly. Of course, the use of web2agent does not guarantee that your content will appear in the AI results – but it is likely to increase its chances – and, personally, I cannot think of a single drawback to activate this functionality.
