An anti-terrorism court (ATC) of Quetta refused the police to recommend physics of Baloch Yakjeti, Dr. Mahrang Baloch and other members of BYC on Friday, sending political prisoners to pre-trial detention.
The case was heard by judge ATC Muhammad Ali Mubeen in Quetta. BYC leaders were arrested on March 22 to “attack” the Quetta civilian hospital and “encourage people to violence”.
For the first time in six months, the leaders BYC, including Dr. Mahrang Baloch, received pre -trial detention instead of being returned to repeated cycles of police custody.

The women spent the last half year in detention, with their pre-trial detention several times.
The last hearing of the case was on September 12, when the physical dismissal of Mahrang Baloch and colleagues organizers of the Byc were extended.
