Glen Powell is currently making waves with Russ Holliday in the new series Powers of Chad.
In the middle of his last project, an earlier interview with Vanity has resurfaced, in which the actor addressed rumors of meetings involving Sydney Sweeney, his co-star in Anyone except you.
Speaking of Sweeney, Powell said: “I love her. She is the biggest.”
He added: “If you don’t have fun with this work, then I think you have exhausted yourself.”
By thinking about their time filming romantic comedy, he explained: “We had a great time … We have such a good friendship and we really delight ourselves, and it was a fun walk to do this thing together.”
It should be noted that the two actors were related to other people during the shooting.
At that time, Sydney was engaged to producer Jonathan Davino, while Powell went out with actress Gigi Paris.
Sweeney then echoed Powell’s feelings, stressing that their connection was entirely platonic.
“We wanted everything to be an activity,” she said, adding that it was the public who “created all the other stories”.
