Madonna made surprising revelations in her very first interview with Podcast.
Speaking with the author and animator of Podcast Jay Shetty for his On purpose Podcast, Madonna shared something that transported her through decades of renowned, controversy and personal struggle.
The queen of pop said: “You must be spiritual to succeed. Success is to have a spiritual life, rules. I would not be there if I had no.”
She then added: “What did I do for others? It is really the only way to succeed in life.”
“It’s like the greatest amount of light is where there is darkness and you can reveal the most light. When you are in a dark room, you turn on the light.” She noted. “The goal of my soul is to reveal light in the world through everything I do.”
“I want everything, but I want it to share it, not to keep it for myself,” said Madonna.
However, Madonna accepted: “I don’t integrate myself, and not integrate is what saves you.”
“Spiritual wisdom is not useful when everything goes in your direction. It is useful when you are challenged and when you are happy,” she said.
