- A new PS5 Pro model would be on the way
- It will have no major change
- This is far from the first revision of the PlayStation console, and would be online with the original PS5 adjustments
There could be a new PlayStation 5 Pro model on the way, but it will not be significantly different from that of current.
It is according to the leak of reliable equipment ‘Billbil-Kun’ on the French-language blog Freshabs. They say that a new PS5 PRO console with the CFI-7121 model number is heading for Europe.
CFI-7121 would not be different from the current version-which has the model number CFI-7021 in the region. They suggest that he will offer the same 2 TB of internal storage and global design, theorizing that all changes will relate to areas such as energy efficiency.
It would be far from the first revision of the PS5 console. The PS5 launch was updated for the first time in August 2021 with a new model which had a slightly smaller thermal dissipator and changed the design of the screw on its removable basis.
This was then followed by another version a year later which presented another redesigned heat sink and weighed a little less.
This next PS5 PRO model will probably follow a similar model and will drive for changes that have no impact on the use of the console in a tangible way. I expect a few small adjustments, perhaps aimed at improving ventilation, reducing the amount of material used in production, or something in this direction.
