First on Fox: The US Department of Education and the Ministry of Health and Social Services has determined that Minnesota’s education agencies have violated Title IX by allowing transit biological athletes to participate in girls sports, PK Press Club Digital learned.
The administration of President Donald Trump found the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) and the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) in violation of the title IX after two months of investigation into state policies and a transgender launcher leading a softball team for the women’s high school to a state championship.
A press release from the Ministry of Education obtained by PK Press Club Digital quotes the performance of the launcher during the 2025 season for the recent repression, declaring that “the male launcher has mastered female athletes in five consecutive games, abandoning only one deserved race in 35 sleeves and by hitting 27 female strikers.”

The press release also cited cases of trans athletes participating in the alpine skiing of girls, Nordic skiing for girls, girls ‘butt, girls’ athletics team and girls for girls.
“For too many years, Minnesota’s political leadership found itself on the wrong side of justice, common sense and the American people. Now, the Minnesota Ministry of Education and the Minnesota State High School League are on the wrong side of title IX by allowing men to compete with women’s sports,” said assistant assistant assistant assistant assistant
“The Trump administration will not allow Minnesota or any other state to sacrifice the safety, fair treatment and dignity of its students to appease false idols of radical gender ideology. Once a program or an education entity will take federal funds, the conformity of title IX becomes compulsory. And the federal government will hold the minnesota responsible until it recognizes this.”
The DOE and the DHH have now given the State and its education agencies a period of 10 days to modify its policies to comply with the executive decree of title IX and President Donald Trump sheltered from female sports “.
The conditions of this agreement are:
- The MDE and the MSHSL must cancel or revise any orientation allowing men to compete in the sports of girls to comply with title IX and to reflect this insofar as the law of the State is in conflict with title IX, the federal law pre -empt the law of the State;
- MDE will issue an opinion at the level of the State to all the entities funded by the federal government operating interscholastic athletics programs imposing their strict compliance with title IX by separating athletics and intimate facilities according to sex;
- The opinion will force these entities to adopt definitions based on the biology of “male” and “woman” and remind them that the non-compliance of title IX places their federal funding in danger;
- MDE and MSHSL will submit the training, procedure and process of processing the title IX updated for the OCR of ED and the OCR of HHS to examine and approve, and will dispense the approved training in MDE and MSHSL staff;
- The MDE will restore to female athletes all records and titles diverted by male athletes who participate in female categories and send to each woman a letter of apologies in the name of the state of Minnesota for having allowed her educational experience to be spoiled by sex discrimination. MDE will require in writing that MSHSL takes parallel measures; And
- MDE will demand that each school and MSHSL submit to MDE an annual certification according to which they respected title IX.
If these conditions are not met, state agencies will be referred to the Ministry of Justice. The DoJ has already brought prosecution against the Maine education agencies and California on the same issue of Trans athletes in Girls Sports.

The Attorney General of Minnesota, Keith Ellison, has already put his own legal action against Trump and the Doj for trying to enforce his policies aimed at protecting the sports of girls in Minnesota. Ellison boasted of “pursuing them first” concerning the question.
Meanwhile, the situation involving the softball player has already caused another trial by three teenage girls who had to compete with the Trans launcher. A federal judge rejected the trial earlier this month.
The trial was filed by three anonymous female athletes against Ellison, the executive director of the Minnesota State High School League, Erich Martens, the Minnesota Commissioner of the Human Rights Department Rebecca Lucero and the education commissioner of Minnesota Willie Jett.
One of the complainants told PK Press Club Digital that the dismissal was “overwhelming” and “frustrating”.
“It’s so overwhelming. Honestly, I don’t think it’s just that it happens. I really hoped that the court would immediately order it, and now it’s super frustrating, not only for people affected now, but for all the girls that it could affect,” she said.
The transgender athlete, Marissa Rothenberger of Champlin Park High School, led the school to a state championship last year while dominating female adversaries.
Rothenberger launched a complete laundering, granting only three strokes and withdrawing six in the championship match, capping a race which saw Rothenberger launch the 21 heats through three games of the state tournament, abandoning only two points. The junior only granted two points out of 35 rounds in total in the playoffs.
One of the complainants previously told PK Press Club Digital that it was to play against Rothenberger.
“To face him is not only a physical challenge, but also a mental. It is a mental battle knowing that he has an advantage in the sport that I grew up playing, which makes it difficult to want to strike against him,” said the player.
“Its ability to go out and run the ball is a strong advantage, but, as I said, it is also incredibly mentally difficult to know that you are in competition against someone who has unfair advantages that leave you little or no confidence.
“This problem affected me in a way that I would never have imagined. It is simply unfair, and I hate that nothing happens to change this. The boys should not be able to take place of girls in the teams simply because they are able to do it. I hope that more girls affected by this problem will be summed up against this.”
Now the federal government is intensifying to take measures.
