Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban accepted a peaceful parental plan.
According to court documents, the Babygirl The actress, 58, and the singer country, 57, agreed not to speak badly of one of the other or the family members of the other parent around their children, Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14.
The parental plan also indicates that both parents “encourage each child to continue to love other parents and be comfortable in both families”.
The documents show that Kidman will be the main residential parent, with the custody of girls for 306 days a year, while urban will have 59.
Neither will pay the monthly child alimony because Urban has “already prepared all child alimony obligations”. Both must attend a parental seminar within 60 days.
The deposits also reveal that the plan was finalized for weeks before the official move of the court. Urban signed on August 29 and Kidman on September 6, although she officially asked for divorce in Nashville on September 30, a day after the news of their separation surfaced.
Kidman, who also shares adult children Bella, 32, and Connor, 30 People magazine.
Another initiate close to Urban said that the singer had “just experienced things” and had made “doubtful choices”.
Keith and Kidman married in 2006 after meeting a gala the previous year. The children of Kidman, Bella and Connor, were also present at the candle ceremony in St. Patrick’s Estate in Sydney.
