Jahangiri’s petitions of the IHC SC in a diploma file

Islamabad:

The judge of the High Court of Islamabad (IHC), Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri, moved the Supreme Court against the decision of the High Court of the Sindh (SHC) who rejected his plea to become part in a case of false degree of him.

A request filed before the Supreme Court disputes the decision of September 25 of the SHC, judge Jahangiri arguing that the order is illegal because it was adopted without hearing the assigned part.

The petition argues that the SHC ignored the question of maintainability and made an ex-partner, refusing to the petitioner the possibility of being heard or represented by the lawyer.

The advocacy argues that the question of the diploma of judge Jahangiri could not have been taken before a constitutional bench and affirms that the cancellation of his diploma is “Malafide and illegal”. He also stresses that the petitioner is not only a judge in office of the IHC, but also occupied various bar offices in the past.

The petition has appointed 10 establishments as well as responded in the case, in particular the Sindh Higher Education Commission, the University of Karachi and the PEMRA.
