Rawalpindi: The security forces killed 14 terrorists linked to the Indian proxy Fitna al-Hinstan during an operation in the Zehri region of Khuzdar in Balutchistan, security sources said on Saturday.
They added that the operation had been carried out on the reported presence of terrorists belonging to the Indian proxy, Fitna al-Hinstan, causing the murder of at least 14 terrorists, while 20 activists were also injured.
Residents of the Khuzdar Zehri region welcomed the operation, recognizing the efforts of the security forces in the restoration of peace and stability in the region, they said.
Sources have added that the security forces are fully determined to eliminate the remaining militants of Fitna al-Hinstan.
Operation Zehri comes a few days after the security forces killed seven terrorists sponsored by India in an intelligence -based operation (IBO) carried out in the Sheani district in Baloutchistan.
According to the ISPR, the security forces led an IBO on the reported presence of terrorists belonging to the Indian proxy, Fitna al Khwarij or Pakistan Tehreek-e-Taliban (TTP).
“During the operation, his own troops actually hired the location of the terrorists, and after an intense fire exchange, seven terrorists sponsored by India were sent to hell,” added the ISPR.
