A source told the outlet: “Someone contacted Kate to work on a project involving the family.”
“They wanted her to be a part of it so she could share her perspective. And was she interested in that? Not so much.”
Instead, the former Jon & Kate Plus 8 The star reportedly refused the offer and launched his own project.
“She wanted a ten-part documentary about herself and was asking for an astronomical amount of money – something on the order of a million dollars,” the source said.
The source added that the conditions reported by Gosselin do not end there.
“Not only did she want a crazy amount of dough,” she noted.
Before concluding, they said: “But she also insisted that she would have full control of the project.”
