The Pakistani adaptation of Big brother has finally reached its end. Viewers are eagerly waiting to see who will be crowned the winner. Since its release in August, Tamacha got audiences hooked, and even those who weren’t watching couldn’t escape the viral clips flooding social media.
The show’s host Adnan Siddiqui is all set to solve the mystery of the winner and took to Instagram to say goodbye on Friday.
“Every day I entered the Tamasha Ghar, I witnessed a world within the walls: a microcosm of emotions, alliances and raw human instincts,” Adnan wrote. “In these walls, I saw laughter that came from the heart and a silence that carried the weight of a thousand thoughts. Bonds were forged in fire, tempers were ignited, egos were bruised and regardless, they played their game with honesty and ferocity. I’ve observed people devoid of all pretension, reacting as they really are when the world isn’t looking at them, except, of course, the world always does.
The actor-host praised the contestants for their ability to live under constant surveillance and the different ways it tests you. He wrote that there were days when even the strongest cracked under pressure and fell apart and praised them for having the strength to move on. “As we approach the grand finale, I have immense respect for each and every one of them,” he wrote.
Siddiqui ended his note in style, writing: “May the best player win.”
Rumors of a supposed winner leak before the finale episode only fueled the online hype. According to Pakistani blogger Drejaz Waris’ Instagram post, fan favorite Saif Ali Khan won this season of the show. An online user celebrated this alleged victory online and wrote, “Yeah, Saif is the winner of Tamacha 4. I’m so happy for him. Season 4 truly belongs to him, well deserved. Saif reigns supreme.
Another supported Saif’s alleged victory and wrote, “Honestly, the only one who really deserves to win this show is Saif Ali Khan. Since day one, the entire show has revolved around him. He made real connections, showed his true personality, supported others, accomplished every task effortlessly and took a stand where it actually mattered.”
However, the official winner will only be revealed in the grand finale episode, airing tomorrow Saturday October 11.
